1. What file format should my artwork be?
PNG, JPG, or PDF at 300 DPI or higher. Upload your file during checkout — it's required before you can add items to your cart.
2. Do I approve anything before you print?
Yes. We email you a print proof within 1 business day. Printing only starts after you approve it — nothing prints without your OK.
3. Is there a minimum order?
No — you can order a single piece. Bulk discounts start at 20 pieces: 5% off (20–49), 10% off (50–99), 15% off (100+).
4. How much does it cost?
The Classic Everyday 180g T-shirt is $19.99 regardless of size, with full-color single-sided printing included. Bulk discounts apply at 20/50/100+ pieces. Prices for other styles are on their product pages.
5. How much is shipping?
We print and ship from Vancouver — orders of 30+ pieces ship free within BC and Alberta; smaller orders pay the actual shipping cost at checkout. We also have a Toronto fulfillment partner for ON/QC/ATL orders; contact us through the form for eastern shipping details.
6. Can I print on both sides?
Single-sided full-color printing is included. Double-sided printing is available — send your design through the contact form and we'll quote it.
7. How long will my order take?
It depends on order size. Your print proof goes out within 1 business day of checkout, and production starts once you approve it. Have a hard deadline? Tell us through the contact form and we'll confirm whether it's doable.
8. What if something arrives misprinted — can I return it?
Custom-printed items can't be returned without a quality issue, but misprints, missing items, obvious defects, or wrong sizes are always reprinted or refunded free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos.
